Our unwavering commitment to cultivating and preserving a mindful culture of diversity and inclusion is woven into the fabric of who we are. It informs every aspect of our organization — from our business model and platform design to the team we build, the partnerships we nurture, the programs we create to uplift underserved populations, and the purposeful ways we give back.
KnoWEwell was founded by Kimberly Whittle, a mom to five sons with over 15 years of experience helping her family, friends and community navigate life’s health challenges. Her mission is grounded in the belief that we all have a unique journey and purpose — and that no one should walk their path alone.
Kimberly started KnoWEwell to pay it forward, make the journey easier for others and to pay it back to the practitioners and organizations that helped her and her family heal. The Regenerative Whole Health Hub is a welcoming, non-judgmental space where people, providers and organizations can engage, learn, and connect to achieve WELLthier Living - Happy. Healthy. Abundant. Purpose-Filled.

That’s why we provide free public access for individuals to find safe, trusted providers and explore credible knowledge to make better-informed decisions on their healing journey.
Through our Circle of Giving, we also provide grants to individuals in need to help cover out-of-pocket costs for providers within our network. And for every KnoWEwell membership purchased, we give two or more Explorer memberships to people to give to individuals in need.
